What information do you need if we want to order with our own design?
Tell us your requirement or provide your design in JPG, doc, AI, cdr or PDF format. Our professional designer will work out a 3D drawing for your final approval/confirmation.
Can i get a sample?
Of course. it’s our pleasure to provide samples to you for testing. Normal samples for free. If you want to get customized samples, we will charge a little. However, samples charge will be refunded when you place an order.
What is your MOQ?
Our normal product MOQ 3000 PCS, if we have stock, just 500 pcs .depend on the item and design you want .just send us inquiry.
What colors are avaiable for coating or painting?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. If you have no idea on Pantone code, we will recommend some popular colors to you.
What is your payment term?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment,or T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
How long is the production lead time?
Normally 30 days for MOQ order. if big quantity, we need to double-check the time before order.
